The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is helping improve education in Belize by donating furniture to public pre‑primary and primary schools in Toledo and Cayo. Working with the Ministry of Education, the initiative provides needed classroom items like chalkboards and teachers’ desks to schools with resource shortages.
This project will equip 30 schools with one fully furnished classroom each, serving 36–40 students per classroom, and supplying three acrylic chalkboards and 30 new teacher desks. Overall, 3,030 students and 30 teachers will benefit.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints continues to work alongside governmental and community organizations throughout Central America Area to promote education, health, self‑reliance, and spiritual well‑being. This donation is part of the Church’s ongoing humanitarian outreach, inspired by the Savior’s teaching to care for and uplift others.
